- Balancing and cooperation with the center of presidency"s family and
women affairs

- Identify & prepare useful books and establish and mobilizing a special library for women
- Preparing the calendar for performing the special women"s ceremonies such as women"s week
- Trying to perform training seminars with Islamic propaganda organization"s cooperation for monthly (In the shape of general training & considering the training hours for participants)
- Publishing the specialized magazine for women"s affairs
- Publishing the selected work of artists (verse; prose & other art works)
- Trying to identify the abilities and raising the management level for women
- Designing website for women"s affairs and collecting subject matters for that
- E-learning computer training by Internet

Welfare Affairs

- Investigate the needs & problems of women"s charging the family with special conditions and guiding for eliminate them (provide necessary
solution to solve them) and other related affairs
- Practice for paying child care expenses allowance (subsidiary) according to the state welfare organization"s tariffs
- Membership in the committee of welfare case "helping for housing the
children of dead staffs & women in charge of family in the ministry of ICT . Mentioning that the place of women"s affairs is chosen as the secretary

Health & Sport
- Collecting the health and medical recommendation from the units of health and medical education ministry in the province and then represent in the site or bulletin
- Collecting the necessary information about (optimum) best using of medical services insurance
- Raising the health and hygiene and also joy and happiness for employees by suggesting suitable ways such as:
- Allocating the appropriate time for sport according to the high council statute
- preparing the equipments according to supreme minister"s command
- Optimum use of the existing sport equipments and in the lack of facilities in the collection, contact with other sport clubs for the use of colleagues
